Yes, a flat ₹49 handling fee applies to COD orders. It is shown clearly at checkout and included in your total.

Payment confirmation can take a moment. The page checks status automatically. If the amount was debited but the order does not confirm within a few minutes, email us at support@erynoq.store with your order number and we will reconcile it.

We deliver across India. Serviceability is checked against your state and pincode at checkout.

After the returned item passes quality check, refunds are initiated within 2 business days and credited within 5–7 business days.

Yes, before dispatch. Email us with your order number and we will cancel and refund any prepaid amount.
