These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.erynoq.store and any purchase made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from us.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately. Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography. All items are subject to availability; we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

3. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
• The final payable amount — including product price, applicable GST, shipping and any Cash-on-Delivery handling fee — is shown clearly before you confirm your order.
• A GST-compliant invoice is generated for every order.
• We do not make misleading claims of discount; any "original price" shown is a genuine reference price.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once the order is placed (and, for UPI, once payment succeeds). We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a full refund where payment was made.

5. Payment

We accept UPI (via our secure payment gateway) and Cash on Delivery. For UPI, your order is confirmed only after the gateway reports a successful payment. We never store your banking credentials.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Goods

We sell only apparel and fashion accessories for women and men. We do not deal in any prohibited or restricted goods, including drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, lottery, tobacco, alcohol or adult content.

7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refund timelines are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or interfere with its operation. All content, design and trademarks on this site are the property of Erynoq Systems Private Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Grievance Redressal

Any complaint may be raised through our Grievance Redressal page. We respond within 48 hours of receipt.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes
